Monvero Estates is a Budapest-based property agency. We help you find a home or an investment in Budapest, Dubai and on the Costa del Sol, and we keep every step of the purchase in one pair of hands. We are part of the ARR Hungary group.

Our story

We do this so that buying property is never guesswork.

How we help

Monvero Estates was set up to make buying property a clear, calm process, whether you are buying your first flat or looking for an investment in Dubai or on the Spanish coast.

Many people start by clicking from listing to listing. Only later do they find out what a flat really costs, what state the building is in, or what a contract abroad actually means.

We take on the whole process. We talk through your goals, shortlist, view, negotiate, and see the contract through together with our legal advisor.

We work with quality properties, but that does not only mean the most expensive addresses. A well-planned flat in the centre gets as much care as a villa by the sea.

We don't disappear after handover. As part of the ARR Hungary group we can also arrange letting and management, which matters most if you don't live near the property.

The founder of Monvero Estates. She leads searches and negotiations and looks after our partners in Dubai and Spain. From the first conversation, she is the person you deal with.

She reviews the land registry extract, draft contracts and building documents. On purchases abroad she works with local lawyers so that you understand exactly what you are signing.

Who we work with

One deal, many professionals. We bring them together.

A purchase needs a lawyer, a bank, the authorities and often a developer. We coordinate them, and you get your answers in one place.
