JournalIs the first conversation really free?
Yes, and it commits you to nothing. Afterwards you decide whether you'd like to work with us, and we tell you in writing, up front, what it would cost.
What are your fees?
It depends on the service and the market: selling in Budapest, buyer representation and an off-plan purchase in Dubai all work differently. In every case we set out in writing, in advance, how much we receive and from whom. There is no hidden commission.
Can I drop into the office without an appointment?
We only see visitors by appointment, as we are often out on viewings. Write or call and we can usually offer a time within a few days.
Can I work with you from abroad?
Of course. We meet on video and WhatsApp. Much of a Dubai or Spanish purchase can be handled remotely, and in Budapest we also run video viewings.
I'd like to sell my flat. What should I send?
The address, the size and a few phone photos are enough. From these we give you a first price estimate; the final price follows a viewing in person.
I'm only exploring for now. Is that fine?
Yes. Many people contact us a year or two before they buy, to understand what to expect. A conversation and the articles in our journal help a lot at that stage.
What do you use my details for?
Only to answer your enquiry and for our work together. We don't pass them to third parties without your consent, and we delete them on request.
