What people ask on the first call
Short, straight answers. If yours isn't here, write to us and we'll reply within one working day.
Ask a questionDo you only deal with expensive properties?
No. We work with good-quality properties, and that doesn't only mean luxury villas. We give a well-planned city apartment the same attention as a penthouse with a view.
What does the first consultation cost?
Nothing. Afterwards you decide whether you'd like to work with us, and we tell you up front what it would cost.
Can you help with a mortgage?
Yes. We look at financing options at the start of the search and introduce you to our partner mortgage adviser.
Who handles the legal side when buying abroad?
Our legal counsel coordinates it with local partner lawyers. In Spain, for example, that includes the NIE number and tax questions.
Can I buy remotely if I'm not in the country?
Yes. We hold video viewings, send documents electronically, and a power of attorney can replace your presence in person.
How quickly will I get a shortlist?
In Budapest we usually send the first shortlist within a few working days of the consultation. In Dubai and on the Costa del Sol we review the market with local partners, and the first selection there also takes days, not weeks.
Let's talk about your next home.
Tell us in a few lines what you're looking for. We'll get back to you within one working day and arrange a short call.
